A common belief of practising meditation, is that your mind drifts. While meditation does bring a sense of peace and most definitely of relaxation, it is important to remember that it will awaken the inner “Self”.

At first, you may not be ready to listen to the messages you receive. You may try to push them away or ignore them. If you do continue to meditate, they will begin to make sense.
