I loved this! My favorite Yoga Asana (Posture). Why not practise this meditation while holding the Shoulderstand Asana (Sarvangasana).
Upside down. Fresh vistas. Child’s mind. Flying backwards legs over head, I see life from a bug’s eye view and the sky looms large. Firm base in the shoulders, spine long. Lower organs dropping towards the heart, fluids flowing swiftly through my cavernous body this way, and that way. Liver, spleen, kidneys, stomach, intestines jostle for my attention. Legs relieved of their usual duty, no longer have to hold me up. Now my shoulders get this privilege and my heart delights.
